WAIT--this product might be a miracle!

I'm writing this as I've just woken up and I had the most disgusting whitehead pop in the shower last night while washing my face. I've had this product for months now and never really thought anything of it. It wasn't AMAZING and it wasn't bad either. It def has helped with past blemishes but this ...

Been using it for years and used to love it but they recently changed the formula and it triggered my dermatitis. So that's fun. Thanks Hero 🤘🏻

THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA AND IT'S TERRIBLE NOW! I'm devestated! This is one of the only products that ever helped my eczema, it would go on like a thick cream and was white. It used to work like an healing ointment. But now it's clear and way too thin! I've been using hero cosmetics rescue balm since 2020, almost daily. When I opened a new tube today I could immediately tell that the consistency of it has changed drastically and I hate it! I want to hope that I just bought one from a defective batch but I looked it up and there's many people on reddit that are noticing the formula change as well. It's like a thin moisturizer now, overpriced with not being able to heal the skin barrier like it used to.

I use this on pimples I've picked, and I've noticed that they heal a lot better. However, it's kind if expensive for me. Overall, I like it and will probably repurchase.
