I received 2 gold foils but no cutters. I am annoyed that you have to purchase the foils to get replacement cutters - and then not receive the cutters.

I purchased a Bb=Byliss replacement foil and cutter. I waited too long -- now that I have the replacement it provides me with a smooth shave again. When ordering, I recommend that you purchase two so that you have one on hand when you need it!!
