Gently massage onto clean, dry skin focusing on your t-zone and oily areas. Leave on skin for 5-10 minutes, or until the clay is completely dry. Rinse with warm water. For deeper exfoliation, increase the massage intensity when applying, and while removing with water, perform a second massage. Philosophy recommends using two times per week.

This is the first time trying this product for me, I do use the philosophy brand like the acne products. The directions say to massage onto dry skin. So I put some on my fingers then to face and it pretty much dries in 2 seconds before I can even barley get it on my face in the 1st place.. so I can't even massage it on...so um, am I doing something wrong or missing something?

Helps pores
I tried this for the first time after buying it on a deal. I just bought the small travel tube which I believe will last me for a while if I'm mindful about the amount I use at a time. While it works well, it is overpriced so I will not be buying it unless it's on sale.
PHILOSOPHY IS SLEPT ON
As someone who has been an active member of the beauty community for 10+ years, I've tried many face masks and none have ever worked as well as this one. This Philosophy mask stands alone - there is such a noticeable difference in my skin after use, far greater than any other mask I've tried (especially the Bubble charcoal mask and the Kielh's rare earth one). My skin is acne-prone, dry and sensitive and this mask has never caused discomfort after use. It does dry fast and tight, but my skin feels so clean ans refreshed after I take it off. And then makeup application is so good the next day. I love this mask so much because I can really really notice the difference in my skin after use - my pores are so much clearer and I feel so clean. It definitely gets all the gunk out of your pores. This mask deserves more mainstream attention and recognition !!!

This is an excellent mask/scrub. I have used it for years and it has definitely cleaned and minimized my pores. It is a bit abrasive, but not more than you would expect from a face scrub.

I see the difference in my pore the second I use it! The black heads actually disappear, even if temporarily, so I know with continued use there will be longterm results
