Cheap Elastic
These are too expensive to have been made with cheap elastic. The elastic inside the scrunchies stretches out quickly. Mine was toast in less than two months. It takes four passes where I used to make two and it changes the way it looks and wears. I read several reviews that echoed this and I didn't...

Very impressed with how these scrunchies work
I am very impressed at how much the Slip scrunchies stretch. You can almost wear them as a headband. I am also very impressed at how well they hold my thick hair up. I got the package with three colors and it's perfect for any occasion. They're also super easy to maintain. I throw them in the washer and air dry and they look just like you.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have always used regular ponytail holders and haven't even considered scrunchies since I was a teenager because I felt like they were such a 90's thing. But, I recently tried Slip's Multi Large Scrunchies and it turns out that I have been missing out - big time! This is a 3 pack of scrunchies that are made with their slipsilk and they are incredible. The silk is soft and smooth. I would have assumed these make squeaking sounds as the material squeaks but they are silent! My hair is shoulder length and I wear it back while I sleep. The large size is perfect for wrapping around my hair three times and it holds so wells my hair stays back all night long. I love that they don't tangle up in my hair and are both easy to put on and remove. I absolutely love that when I let my hair down in the morning, there is no creasing in my hair at all - leaving me able to style my hair for the day so much quicker. Tyeh are so lightweight, and have just the right amount of stretch. They don't give me headaches from being too heavy or tight! The material is lovely, the quality is fantastic with perfect stitching, and the variety of colors gives me many options. I am now such a big fan and while they are definitely higher priced than I would have considered before, I completely see the value now.
