I really wanted to love this.. I'm torn

I was going to wait to write this review. This was my very FIRST purchase from brand. I kept seeing all the great reviews over this product. So I splurged... So my honest review. First use: using a very little amount of the product the first time, just to make sure my skin didn't have a reac...tion, because it is sensitive. I noticed: product smell: distinctive & abit heavy cinnamon -spicey, fall type scent. I almost felt like I was chewing big red cinnamon gum or i burnt a fall scented candle & put the wax.on my face lol althought it didnt feel like wax. Just referring tovthe scent. Regardless , I say this because scent is usually one of the first things I do/notice with product, I think alot of peope pick up & smell products. With that being said, scent didn't bother me. Just was very different than alot of products I've used for face. I noticed the warming sensation while rubbing the product into my face. After letting sit for recommended time I rinsed & my skin did feel very soft. Other than that I didn't really notice anything; or other changes. I then thought maybe I need to use a few more times yo see results. Second time- I did use alittle more product this time , being I didn't notice a reaction the first time with the small test amount . Same story. Soft skin. Only I did wake up the next morning & my eyes were a bit irritated & swollen. (I did not put product in my eyes.) But of course it's around them. Not sure if it was related or not. Other wise no drastic changes in my skin Third time use- decided to give it another try, only this time not getting anywhere close to eye area. Long review, cutting short. I've used the product a total of 4 times. Doesn't take much product, I havent even touched the surface of my product. Of course only 4 uses. But I will honestly say: I can see this being a product people like just because it makes you feel pampered & relaxed with the fall type scent (most people love) & warming sensation , & the soft skin right after removing the mask. But overall, im going to say I don't see any skin changes, improvements or benefits other wise. I realllllly wanna love this product so bad. I am just really unsure it's worth the cost honestly. I'm scared I might just end up putting it up, & not using it as much. And it was too costly to do that. I'm also still unsure if my eyes are sensitive to an ingredient in the product. I'm still within my return days, & am honestly still debating on it.
