Not recommended for thick hair
I really wanted to like this curling iron because I liked the long barrel but my curls didn't last long at all & I felt that it didn't get hot enough. I ended up returning it and buying a hot tools ones.
Best Curling Iron I've Ever Owned
This is by far the best iron ive sver owned. Well worth the money. Gives me great quick curls in seconds. Would definitely purchase again.
Don't waste your money—like I did twice!
After my 1st one broke (the handle just snapped off and the metal actually broke in two) after about a year of use, I bought another one, only because when it did work, it did a great job of curling my long, thick hair better than any other iron. Now, after only 9 months of use, the one I have has some kind of wiring short where it was turning off randomly, and now it wont even turn on. If a $100 curling iron cant last more than a few months, I'm better off with my $20 drugstore Conair curling iron.
Broke my hair
Do not buy this curling iron. It burnt and broke my hair off. I have chunks of 2 inch hair that just broke off.
Not worth it
This isn't worth it at all. I've tried using the clamp and just wrap around the wand. Every time, my curls fall flat right away even with hairspray. The regular gold Hot Tools curling wand holds way better. I wish I could return this.
