This is my new favorite brow pencil. I will admit that I was frustrated and upset that the pencil would break off so easily. I don't recall it breaking off a while ago when Mac was selling this pencil. BUT it was a simple fix—make lighter strokes and not apply so much pressure. That made a huge difference! The lines actually look like hair. I don't even need to use as much concealer to clean up my lines.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Age and hormones has taken most of my eyebrows. I searched over a year for the right brow pencil and was elated when I found the MAC pencil in Stud. It was the right shade, application was easy and it lasted a while. Well worth the money. In fact I would purchase multiple because I use them daily. To my surprise when I ordered my new batch of pencils and starter to apply to my eyebrows, I was in complete shock. The pencil broke immediately, it was so thin that it took a lot of effort to fill in my brows. But I said, okay, the color is the same and I'll just have to get used to this. But oh no, two weeks later and the pencil ran out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So not only did you reduce the size and amount of the product, you increased the price! It sounds like greed but I don't understand why. MAC you KNOW you have a loyal customer base. You could have kept the product the same and raised the price and we would have still purchased. So sad as I can't keep purchasing a product that I use daily that runs out in two weeks. I found the Fenty eyebrow pencil but it is nowhere near as good as the old MAC pencil. I hope you read these reviews, listen to your customers, and make changes accordingly. BRING BACK THE OLD PENCIL
Typo in description
this says it's.01 oz but it is a typo! it's only .001 oz. they need to fix this. I bought this thinking it was more than 3 time as much as another brand but really it's 1/3 as much. sheesh. I bet they did that on purpose. very bait and switch

The old MAC eyebrow pencil was my favorite, and I wish it had not been discontinued. This new Pro Brow Definer pencil does not compare at all. The pencil tip breaks easily and the product runs out entirely too fast. It's a waste of money.
