I love these vitamins I take them all the time. The problem is that the refill bags are sometimes hard to come by and the containers are not even CLOSE to halfway full. I have been using these for almost two weeks. I was having some difficulty with being regular due to a change in diet. It has really worked for me. Stools might be kind of loose but that's way better than being constipated! I am very satisfied with my results.

I've purchased these for two months straight, at first I thought my stool was loose due to my stomach getting use to them, but for two months straight I had the worst bloating, gas, and loose stool. As soon as I stopped my gut was perfectly fine. Maybe these work for other's but for me personally they didn't work. All other vitamin supplements that I've taken from Olly have worked for me.

I was having bowel movement issues. I went from daily to maybe 2x a week, which was a red flag for me. So I bought these maybe 2 weeks ago and been taking them daily in the morning. MY BUTT!!! I'm definitely back to doing number 2 daily, but sometimes it's multiple times a day. It definitely gets everything moving lol. I'd also like to add, please drink water!
