Avoid this liner
I had high hopes for this liner. The colors are beautiful but they smudge like crazy. The first sip of your drink and its all over your face. They have no longevity. So many better linera in this price range

I have four of these pout liners now and have been so blown away by them that I'm actually going to buy the rest of the shades. The formula is so creamy but it had a thickness to it that means it doesn't smear around everywhere and once it sets down it does not budge! These are plumping, they have a spicy tingle but it's not unbearable and really is effective at plumping. What I love about these so much though is the lasting power. I'm 40 and my lip line isn't what it used to be but these liners are everything I need in this type of product.

This lipliner is a game changer Where lip plumping gloss etc are fantastic, they never quite filled in the very fine lip lines. I can use this lipliner with just a plain lip balm & have a fuller lip look. I highly recommend xx
