Use on bare skin, or layer over concealer. Using the metal cool-tip applicator, apply 2-4 dots to your undereye area, then tap to blend using your fingertip or brush. Repeat as needed for desired coverage.

Okay I realllyyy like the applicator! The cold feels amazing and so soothing for tired under eyes. Only giving 3 stars though because of how thin the formula is. I know it's not supposed to be concealer, just a brightener, but I feel like when I apply it, it just vanishes. I wouldn't repurchase this, but I would recommend Rare's normal concealer! That is definitely worth it.

I love that the tip is made up of metal. It has a cooling effect when applied in undereye area. This helps in depuffing the undereye in the morning and helps in giving you a fresh look. However, this only has a light coverage.

My favorite thing about this product is that isn't not cakey at all. I use it under my eyes as intended but I also use it almost like a 'concealer' around my nose and other red spots. It blends well and looks natural. Last all day without any setting spray etc.
