Use on bare skin, or layer over concealer. Using the metal cool-tip applicator, apply 2-4 dots to your undereye area, then tap to blend using your fingertip or brush. Repeat as needed for desired coverage.
For max soothing and cooling, gently glide the applicator across undereyes, then tap to blend.

It really doesn't give any coverage and I know it's not a concealer so can't complain much. Fabulous
I am pretty picky when it comes to under eye concealer, as I can't stand anything with a Kiki or sticky look or feel. This goes on like a dream is lightweight with just the right amount of perfect coverage and pretty highlight. I'm ditching all the other products that I've been trying over the years and this is my go to product going forward
It seemed pretty good
It felt nice to apply. The texture seemed a bit powdery, even on top of primer. It did the job though. I liked it.
Absolutely the BEST
This is my absolute favorite product I use this product everywhere!!! It is so blurring and just makes your skin look absolutely perfect!! I have it in like three colors I bought it for under my eyes initially and then I started placing it other areas of the face and I was just blown away! I am an aesthetician/ cosmetic laser tech and have been in the Skin industry for 15 years and it is pure magic!!!! In love with it!!!!
Worried but glad I purchased 
I was kind of hesitated to purchase this because of reviews, but I'm actually glad I got this. I purchased the foundation powder and primer. I did put on a little extra prime under my eyes and it worked perfectly brighten my eyes and kept my under eyes, nice and soft. Worked well for me!

I love this concealer. It's lightweight. I use the tiniest bit at a time. Noticably brighter undereyes. Soft and dries really nicely. I would recommend this product.
