Worth every penny!
I've used a pair of flat irons from this brand before and my naturally curly hair felt like SILK! I forgot which exact ones that I used so I took a chance and got this model. The reviews were great but also the price. I was so excited to use them when I got home. My hair was so silky straight by the...

Infuriating
I've had 2 of these now. The first one I exchanged because it started turning off while doing my hair. Thought at first I was hitting the button so I changed how I held it to prevent that and it was still turning off. Sometimes you get a dud, so I exchanged for the same thing and now I'm running int...

Disappointed whit the quality
This flat iron was not what I expected. After about one to two months of use, the plates started peeling, which made me realize they are not truly ceramic as advertised. It seems more like a titanium plate coated with some type of finish or paint. When using it on my hair, it would pull and tug, and sometimes my hair would get caught between the plates, causing breakage. Because of this, my experience was not a good one. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product.
A must have!!
Light weight and easy to use, I love this straightener! It heats up fast and it very gentle on my hair! I have very curly hair and have struggled to find a straightener that works well with my hair type but this one is amazing! The price was perfect also i didn't care to spend a ton of money but the value on this one is spot on!
Not durable
The coating on the straightening pads started coming off within 1 month of use. It snags hair. Would not recommend you wasting your money.

Great update to a long suffering flat iron
I've had my old flat iron for more than a decade. I wanted to upgrade to something a bit nicer that would hold up to the tedious task of my hair. (there's a lot of it) This one was perfect! It's plats don't snag my hair. It heats quickly and the temperature persists. It stays on degree you set it to and won't change because your finger slipped over the setting button. It is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it in the long run.
Was not impressed
I bought this with the thought that itnwould be better for my hair type. I was using the Babyliss Titanium. It felt too bulky and did not get close enough to my root. It made my hair feel dry and did not add any shine. I returned it and bought the CHI, which I should have done in the beginning.
