Ok these gummies are surprisingly tasty and that makes it easy to be consistent with them! Regarding their effectiveness, they may be working a little bit? I do notice a slight increase in desire but it hasn't been a magic difference and I don't believe my husband would say he can tell any difference. I will keep them up just for the possibility of increasing my interest because I think it's worth it even if it's just a slight chance.
