In spite of the chips, I love it.
When I use this polish it barely lasts two days, but I just love the coppery shade so much that it does not matter. The chipping issue is popular with chrome like metallics like this one...just love it so much!

good as gold
Lovely shade that shifts between silver and gold, depending on the light. Just one problem: it starting chipping the first day. It literally peeled off one nail, in spite of the fact that I'd used both base and top coats. Reapplied it.... and the same thing happened again. Suggestions to make it mor...

Great white polish
A good white nail polish is super hard to find but this one is perfect! It only took 3 (very thin) coats and each one dried super fast! I don't typically use white because it usually takes a bunch of coats and then never dries, but I'll definitely be using this one a lot this spring/summer
Great 2 coat coverage
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like having a white nail polish on hand at all times. I'll use it for nail art, or sometimes as a base color. This one by Essie is great. I only need two coats for full coverage & opacity. It is shiny, but I always add a topcoat regardless.
Solid color. Not long lasting.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Really liked this color (Blanc 008). It's a true white. I like the brush, it's easy to apply a full coat on each nail. It dries quickly. The color is also really opaque so one good layer is all you need. Multiple layers would make it very thick. There is a shine to it as well. I'm not very good with the color white (clothes, nail polish, etc) because I immediately stain it. I was writing a note with a black pen and somehow it got on my nail, and it's not washing off. Essie nail polishes tend to chip easily on me and I don't do crazy things with my hands. I'll take a shower and come out with chipped nail polish. For that reason I can't depend on Essie polish. It's good for a day or two but after that, I need to redo my nails.
Nice and opaque!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] What a great opaque nail polish. I just love this brand! This goes on smooth and seems like it levels out evenly. I know it's not self leveling but it seems like it just lays so nice on the nail once you swipe it on. I used two coats and it's solid white. It doesn't stay tacky, either. You can do one layer, wait like ten minutes and then another and it dries completely. I've always loved this brand, it's one of the best out there. It stays on the nails and doesn't chip off easily. Seems to last a full week before having to remove it and do them again. Also can use it for french manicure tips if you know what you're doing.

I tried the Essie shear blue polish. It's terrible. I had to put 5+ layers on to get a good color, and then it only lasted a week until it peeled right off. Didn't chip off, peeled off entirely. I don't see why people think this is a great polish.
