Using clean hands, apply pH Balancing Cleanser to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel as these may be harsh and rough on the vulva. May be used every time you wash.

The vulva encompasses all of the external organs, including the pubic mound, the labia majora and minora, the clitoris, the external openings of the urethra, and the vagina. If this is such a clean product then why does it have carrageenan in it ?

Negative reports of Carageenan are mostly made in regards to ingesting it in foods/diets (as opposed to a wash) in studies done on animals, as opposed to humans. I've used this product for over a year now maybe two i'm not sure it's been awhile but I love it!! It's the best wash i've personally came across and it keeps me super fresh and clean and has never given me any issues. I am sensitive down there and this works perfectly for me !

Unfortunately I have been using this product for over 5 years from the time it came in a white pump bottle, then they switched to a clear bottle (smaller) with green lettering. None of that was a problem until it they changed it to the purple bottle. The formula is extremely thin which means you use more product and I question if it is cleaning down there properly since it does not lather. They can say the product did not change but I know the first thing a business can do is listen to the customers and find out why we are giving the 1 star review. Especially for people who have been using this product for years upon years. I even DM'ed Lo Bosworth on IG in hopes of her responding. Product consistency has changed and needs to be investigated as to what happened.

I don't think I've ever had a product where I can say that It's changed my life, until now. I have literally been in a limbo state when it comes to cleanliness for the last 10 to 20 years of my life. I shower every day. I've tried every soap, every detergent, every wash rag and yet I'm still feeling like there is an odor and that things are just not right. That is, until now. This cleanser just using basically a pea size drop has changed everything. I don't know why or how it's working, but I know that it does. I am very sensitive to all soaps and the fact that this doesn't bother me and doesn't have horrible ingredients is just unbelievable. I genuinely don't believe that there has ever been a product that I've been this positive about. I've bought four bottles and keep a travel size in my purse because I'm so nervous that I'll not be able to have it again.

This has been my go-to cleanser for years but as of late the formulation seems inconsistent? The product itself used to be thicker and had a much better lather. I recently switched to the larger sized bottle hoping the ones I had received were a fluke - but that doesn't seem to be the case. It is thin, runny, and doesn't lather well. Not sure if this is tied to the packaging, but the white bottles I received (the older style packaging I believe) seem to have the better formulation than the purple bottles.
