Q
I have the firming moisture balm for eyes and the tighten & lift peptight 360 tighten eye serum, which one should I use first.
Asked by Bobbie
Official Answer By StriVectin - Sampling
You'll want to apply the Peptight 360 Tightening Eye Serum first and then apply the Contour Restore™ Firming Moisture Balm for Eyes. You can repeat this routine twice daily in the morning and at night. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
If you use vitamin C serum, should you apply this first or the C serum first?
Asked by Skinfairy
Official Answer By StriVectin - Sampling
If it's the Super-C Retinol Brighten & Correct Vitamin C Serum you're using, you'd apply the Peptight 360 Tightening Eye Serum first, to the under-eyes, crows feet, and eyelids, and wait until it has absorbed and dried down. Then, apply the Super-C Retinol afterwards to the rest of the face. If it's the Super-C Dark Circle Brightening Eye Serum, you'll apply that product first, just to the under-eyes, and let it absorb and dry down and then apply the Peptight 360 Tightening Eye Serum over that product to the under-eyes, crows feet, and eyelids. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I can't use hyaluronic acid as it causes me to have chemical burns. Does your product have hyaluronic acid or a similar chemical?
Asked by Sharon
Official Answer By StriVectin - Sampling
The Peptight 360 Tightening Eye Serum does not contain Hyaluronic Acid. If our product contains Hyaluronic Acid, it'll say it in the name of the product with the exception of the Peptide Plump Line Filling Bounce Serum. I hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can this product be used between your upper lip and your nose for the wrinkles there?
Asked by Daizee
Official Answer By StriVectin - Sampling
The Peptight 360 was formulated specifically to target slack with the skin, hooded eyelids and your crows feet. I would not recommend using this to help with wrinkles elsewhere on the face. I would recommend investing in another anti-wrinkle product. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
"Do you offer samples for this product?" I'd love to try without having to purchase a full tube. Thank you
Asked by Tperi
Official Answer By StriVectin - Sampling
At this time, we do not offer samples by request, but we do offer them with every order placed on StriVectin.com. If you live near an Ulta, Sephora or Macy's, you may be able to get ahold of some tester product via their sales advisors. Was this answer helpful to you

If You Have Bags, You NEED to Know!!

This eye "treatment" has a nice, lightly creamy texture that feels great going on. It provides a *very mild* smoothing and hydrating effect to the undereye area. However, as other reviews have mentioned, it pills terribly under makeup. That aside, if you're dealing with under-eye bags, I'm sorry to say there's a reason this won't help you. If your puffiness is caused by allergies, watery eyes, fluid retention, lymph buildup, fatigue, or a salty diet, addressing those underlying issues can make a noticeable difference—and this cream might offer a *tiny* bit of additional improvement. But if you're like most people over 40 and your bags seemed to appear suddenly and never went away—or gradually worsened—you're likely dealing with herniated fat pads. This happens as we age: the membrane that holds the orbital fat around the eye weakens, allowing it to bulge and create that "bag" appearance. It's a normal, frustrating part of aging, and NO cream will eliminate it, no matter what cosmetic companies promise! The only effective treatment for this type of under-eye bag is surgery. Period. (You can easily find more information on this with a quick online search.) In conclusion, if you're just looking for a little moisture and a *very* slight temporary smoothing effect from mild puffiness—and you don't plan to wear makeup over it—this cream may help. Otherwise, save your hard-earned money and consult an oculoplastic surgeon for a fast, permanent solution to rejuvenate the eye area. Good luck and I hope review this helps!
