I just received this nars sharpener. Is it supposed to work on urban decay glide on eye pencil? I bought this thinking it would work on every pencil as it described?

Pencils don't fit but it does sharpen well!
I bought this item to use for my large Nars matte lipstick pencils (huge fan of Dragon Girl, by the way), and while it does make a very precise, clean point, it only works for the first little bit of product.
