Flawed tray design
So this doesn't work. The flaw is in the mouth tray. It's slick and flat. The tray needs to have better indents to hold the whitening product. This is my first time ever reviewing a product. I have crazy sensitive teeth and have never found a whitening product that didn't make me miserable''until now. I have completed four applications so far with ZERO tooth sensitivity. My teeth are already markedly whiter. I applied the gel directly to my teeth with a q tip prior to inserting the tray to avoid gum irritation that I saw in some reviews. I have had no problems. I really love this!
