Suitable for daily use as part of your AM & PM routine. Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto hands then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin to remove makeup, SPF, and impurities. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin before rinsing thoroughly or removing with a damp face cloth if preferred. Follow with your preferred water-based cleanser for the ultimate double-cleanse.
This balm still works effectively when runny. Balms can soften in warmer temperatures, so shake it well before use. We recommend storing it in a cool place.

Not a fan of the new formula
Absolutely used to love this product but now the new formula seems somehow impossibly greasy. I use this as my first cleanser and then go in with either a salicylic acid or sulfur based cleanser and no matter what my face feels slimy. Its incredibly hard to rinse off now. :(
Best I've ever used
I thought i had a good makeup remover before this one but it doesn't even compare. I picked this up on a whim. How i use this is apply it to dry skin, take a wet reusable cotton round to my face to wipe it off then use my normal cleanser. When i use an acid skincare pad afterwards, There is no makeup that rubs off. I'm so impressed and telling everyone about it

Absolutely love part of my daily routine
One of my favorite things about this cleanser is how well it breaks down makeup. Foundation, mascara, and other makeup products come off pretty easily without me having to aggressively rub my skin. I especially appreciate that because the skin around my eyes can be sensitive, and I don't want to tug at it unnecessarily. After rinsing, my skin feels clean but still comfortable and moisturized rather than tight or dried out. That's probably what stood out to me the most. Some makeup removers leave my skin feeling like I immediately need to apply moisturizer, but I don't get that same dry feeling with this balm. I also like that it's simple to incorporate into my routine. I massage it onto dry skin, add a little water to emulsify it, and then rinse. It leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh, which is exactly what I want from a first step in my nighttime routine. Overall, I think this is a great option if you're looking for a gentle cleansing balm that effectively removes makeup without leaving your skin feeling stripped. The packaging is simple and the product itself feels like a good everyday staple.
