Caused acne and itching
I couldn't believe this product caused acne and itching because it is just "water." I am sure this product is the cause - it was the only new thing I had been using and as soon as I stopped using it, the acne and itching stopped. It really makes me wonder how truthful the ingredients list is…. Threw this in the trash

This gives a very fine mist it's hydrating and calming perfect for adding additional moisture to the skin. Enjoyed using this in my routine.

To Speckles
The water didnt cause your break out, the peel did. That's what peels do. They expose yrs/mnths build up under layers of skin.. to get it out. Peels can cause breakouts even if you dont have a history of acne.
