As someone who has NEVER been able to curl my own hair AND has a hard time with curls staying/lasting, I use this product with ease. I bought it on sale without even reading that it "rotates" (which isn't true, it just bends or turns into an L shape, rotate isn't the right word but it's hard to desc...

Don't bother
Gets very hot within seconds. False advertising calling this "rotating." Should be called "bending," though I couldn't even get this into the L shape by twisting, pushing, or pulling, whether it was off or on. No instructions on how to bend it.. useless.

Doesn't work well
Ulta would not allow a rating below 4 star!! Unfair!!
My wand does not pivot! There are no instructions in or on the box on how to make it pivot to the 90 degree position. There are also no instructions online that I can find. It shouldn't be this difficult to figure out - I even got my husband to try with no success. Does anyone have suggestions?! ULTA - you should allow me to give the star rating that I want and still be allowed to do a review!!! I would not have given a 4 Star rating otherwise

I cannot curl my hair to save my life. This curling wand is amazing! I love the pivot part of it, it makes it so much easier to do your hair! I have used a lot of wands and curling irons and this one is the best so far that I have found! DEFINITELY worth the purchase!!!

This pivot wand is fantastic, heats up quick, curls beautifully and fast and best of all, the pivot handle is perfect for us left handed ladies!! Love this so much! Hopefully a larger barrel version will come along too!
