I was looking for a flat iron that I could use safely after a workout. My hair stylist uses this on my hair so I decided to purchase one for at home use. This styling iron made my 4c hair straight with a single pass and last without swelling for days. I absolutely love my hair. So much less maintenance.
Waste of money
Don't waste your money. I bought this flat iron less than a year ago, and it stopped working. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product.
poor quality
I've only had this a little over 3 months and the coating on the plates has bubbled up on the surface and peeled on the edges. This was an expensive straightener so I'm super disappointed. I won't be buying this brand again.
If you have to use your hands, the tips burn your fingers

The design is not well thought out if you can't make the curl one handed the tips will burn your fingers. The rubber is on the tips, but there is a line of metal exposed on the outerrim.
I would buy this product again!
