They don't get real hot not for curly or wavy hair your hair won't be really straight
Not good for curls
This is great if all you want to do is straighten. However, the plates are too short to use it for curling. No matter the angle or size of the section of hair, your hair comes out halfway through. My hair is a bob just past chin length and even that is too long to use this for curling.
