Got a used item repackaged
Immediately one star because someone clearly repackaged a used/returned item, and then somehow I received it as a pickup order. There is literally visible residue on the brush but they put the plastic back over it so i'll have to sanitize it before I can even use it, thanks.

On/off temp button - bad position
Because I have short hair, I've been searching for small device to style my hair. Thought this one would be great. However the non/off button and temp control are exactly where one would grip the handle. Thus, the user is frequently inadvertently turning the device OFF. Boooo≥
Keeps shutting off because the power button
