For the perfect manicure, apply one coat of any of Essie's base coats on nails. Follow with two coats of essie original nail color. Finish with any one of Essie's top coats.

I will agree that it has a nice special finish to it that is holographic/light reflecting. This color is pretty but I felt like it took me quite a few coats to get any real color to show. I personally wouldn't use it on its own, but could see it being a really nice finishing coat on top of another color. Based on the bottle color, I was expecting a vibrant blue. It's a much different color but does carry a beautiful sheen and glimmer to it.

It's a beautiful, bold baby-blue that feels perfect for summer—fun, flirty, and super vibrant. The formula goes on smoothly and evenly, and it only took two coats for full coverage. It dried pretty quickly and lasted several days without chipping. It instantly gives my nails a bright, beachy vibe that I absolutely love!
