I recently bought this new moisturizing lotion to use as my facial moisturizer at night and before I put on makeup. It is okay but after I put it on my face just feels sticky and tacky, like there is another layer on top of my skin. I tried rubbing it in a lot but I can't get rid of this oily, tacky...

Budget friendly moisturizer. Leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated. It's great for sensitive skin and will not cause irritation. Does not have a strong scent which makes it perfect for everyday use.

I love this lotion it is a bit Blakey's if you don't apply enough so you do have to be generous with the amount of product used but other than that it's very hydrating
