I recently bought this new moisturizing lotion to use as my facial moisturizer at night and before I put on makeup. It is okay but after I put it on my face just feels sticky and tacky, like there is another layer on top of my skin. I tried rubbing it in a lot but I can't get rid of this oily, tacky...

The Cetaphil Moisturizing Body and Fave Lotion is a staple for the colder months! I love using it specifically on my hands to lock in moisture in the winter! The consistency is very light, the cream goes on smooth and dries down quick! Doesn't feel tacky either!
