I would not order this product again from Ulta.
This is unreal. I have not received the item to actually review it. Is no one listening when I say that I received an empty bag. No box was delivered to my house. If anyone looks at the picture that the UPS driver took, and enlarge/stretch it out you can see it's a blue bag. It's evident that my experience is not important to you, or I would receive my ordered items, or a refund. So essentially I'm being told that it's okay to just take my money, and perpetuate the untruth that I confirmed receipt of the order with no missing items. I would not continue to try to get fairness if I had received my ordered items. This is not right. No one should be treated this way. Dee
I wouldn't order this, or any product from Ulta again.
I ordered "The Mint Thermal Curl Infuser System " on April 15, and received an empty blue plastic envelope on April 27. Immediately I called guest services; spoke with multiple people over a period of time, and got the same script each time. Eventually I spoke with a supervisor who said he would escalate the matter for investigation. A few days later, I received an email from him saying that the items were in the box when it left the warehouse so there is nothing more to be done. How is it that your money can be taken, you get no product, and the company doesn't make it right. The UPS driver even took a picture of what was delivered.
Changed my life for real
I've been using this product since it launched and it literally changed my whole life and routine. I don't have to rush to the salon before big meetings, I can literally mint my hair in minutes on the day of, and it comes out great. It's literally changed my hair life!
