Swirl a small amount of Mineral Veil by angling the Flawless Application Face Brush and swirl into the lid until all the Mineral Veil has been tucked into the bristles.Tap away excess. There should be no visible Mineral Veil on the outside of the brush. Buff the Mineral Veil into the skin in a circular motion, starting on the outside of your face near your cheekbone, swirling as you go. Buff around your face and then approach your forehead, cheeks, and nose.
Tips: Soak it up. For oilier complexions, in humid climates, or with heavy moisturizers, start with an application of Mineral Veil before applying ORIGINAL Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or Matte Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15. For a day-to-evening look, swirl Clear Radiance All Over Face Color along with the Mineral Veil.

The form won't let me choose "Product Details", but this is described as having a matte finish. I believe I have this product already as mine reads "Original Mineral Veil" on the lid, and I don't care for the shiny/sparkly look as it makes me look overly made-up and older. Does this company make a matte setting/finishing powder?

fight shine almost hourly, so I really need this very finely milled finishing powder. I am also olive-light yellow skin toned, and need a light yellow, not white-pink color vineral veil powder to keep my foundation/blush colors that are carefully blended for that wonderful warm healthy color. Look for new click and lock container
product is good but it still has the old style container that lets out too much powder and makes a huge mess when the container is open. I called to find out of I could get one with the new click and lock container and they said they didn't know if this product had that container. Not very helpful...

Ulta deceived me
I feel so deceived and robbed by ulta. In August; They sold me my usual bareMinerals bare pro in fair 10 warm that I've purchased many times before. There was no notice of any change in the colors. It was still called fair 10 warm. I ordered what I always have to have on hand when my other one ran out. Well it just ran out and I went to use the one I purchased in August to discover that it's an entirely different color now and way too dark on me. I went to ulta in person to get help and the woman at the register confirmed that yes bareMinerals changed their shades….. but kept all the old names, which is incredibly misleading. Ulta refuses to help me exchange it for a product that IS my shade because it's been more than 60 days since my purchase. I feel deceived and robbed and ulta refuses to help. Will not be shopping ulta again. They devieve you, take your money, and then disrespect you over email (Maria, I'm talking about you) and blatantly refuse yo help. Never giving ulta another penny and will be sharing my story all over.
BLOTCHY AND CAKEY
I thought this would be nice to use because of the added SPF, but no matter how I apply it, it always shows up blotchy and cakey!! I'm sticking with the original!!!

One of the few "clean" finishing powder products with SPF. I've been using it for years.
not for me
Ive tried multiple different ways to apply but it just cakes and like almost doesnt spread or blend out at all. I dont know if its the color or what but it makes me look so pale and completely takes over my makeup
Cakes up on skin
I love the original mineral veil from bare minerals but something with the SPF version causes it to cake/splotch on my face. Makes my makeup look awful! It also completely washes my face out and I have a light complexion.
