I've been using the Rael Microcrystal Activated Serum 2000 for about a week; only three applications so far. I do 3 pumps on freshly cleansed, dry skin before anything else. The texture's gel-like and smooth; easy to spread. Honestly, I feel like I need a little more than the 1–2 pumps they suggest....

I was so excited to try the Rael Microcrystal Activated PM Serum 5000 because I've been intrigued by the concept of microneedling. I've also tried other Rael products in the past I really like. You pat this serum into your skin and I did feel a bit of tingle, but nothing painful or irritating. This allows your serums and treatments to absorb deeper into your skin. It's super affordable and I love that it's vegan. In the week I've been using this serum, I've noticed a reduction in oil and my pores are a bit less noticeable. I can't say if it's a coincidence or a result of this serum, but I haven't had any breakouts in the past week! I was a little nervous to try this serum since the instructions stated that there would be a slight prickling sensation as the microcrystals activate. I experienced no issues whatsoever. This serum absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth. I recently had a breakout, and this serum cleared my pimples quickly. Every month I experience hormonal acne, so this serum is going to be perfect for that time of the month. I like that this serum is cruelty-free and also fragrance-free.
