Does not stay on well
When first applied, it had a beautiful finish. But after 8 hours of wear, my brows looked shiny and melted off. I dont really have that experience with Anastasia's pencils.
Wait this actually Really Good
Threw this into my cart during the Ulta sale, expected nothing but wow does this actually work. Not a huge fan of liquid brow products bc they're too harsh, this pencil applies so smoothly and looks natural. Love it.
Impressed!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to pick this up on sale, now I wish ordered more! The pencil applies evenly onto bare skin, and the color blends how I want it to, with softer to darker shading. Really glad I took the leap and hope it is carried in the store soon!
