Pour the desired amount of wax beans into the silicone Melting Pot. Cover with lid. Plug in the heating plate and switch on. (a red light indicator will illuminate) Place silicone Melting Pot onto warming plate and allow wax to melt. If you wish to remove the silicone Melting Pot from the warming plate please use handles. Keep lid closed while not in use or during moving to avoid spilling. Melted consistency should resemble thick honey. Test a small patch on the wrist to ensure wax is not too hot.
Precautions:
Do not leave plugged in while unattended or not in use. Do not put machine in or near water, or any other form of liquid. Keep the surrounding area clean and dry during use. If the machine falls into water please turn off the power supply and then unplug the machine. Do not directly reach into water to prevent electric shock. Keep out of reach of children and/or pets. Do NOT directly come in contact with metal warming plate to avoid burn or injury. To reduce the risk of burn, electric shock, fire or injury, Do not operate the equipment under the following conditions:
A. If the power cord or plug is damaged
B. If the machine is damaged or drops into water
C. When the Melting Pot leaves the warming plate, please cover using the included lid to prevent accidental scalding or spilling.
D. When not in use, make sure to turn off the machine and unplug power cord.

as a licensed esthetician that doesnt wax professionally anymore I was looking for a small wax pot to keep for personal use at home. this fit the bill and wasnt too expensive so I decided to add it to my last order along with some of the wax beads by the same brand. I am not impressed at all, I only filled the pot with a small layer of beads and it took about 15 minute for them to fully melt and become usable, at which time they were too hot and way too liquidy to use so I had to temper them a bit and mess with them before being able to apply them to my body. honestly not really worth the effort, I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy wax beads and a good wax pot from Miss Cire. They retail to everyone (meaning you dont need a license to purchase their wax) so I would recommend their products over these.

The pot works well for small area underarms or eyebrow. Takes a very long time to melt due to insufficient heat distribution.
