Pour the desired amount of wax beans into the silicone Melting Pot. Cover with lid. Plug in the heating plate and switch on. (a red light indicator will illuminate) Place silicone Melting Pot onto warming plate and allow wax to melt. If you wish to remove the silicone Melting Pot from the warming plate please use handles. Keep lid closed while not in use or during moving to avoid spilling. Melted consistency should resemble thick honey. Test a small patch on the wrist to ensure wax is not too hot.
Precautions:
Do not leave plugged in while unattended or not in use. Do not put machine in or near water, or any other form of liquid. Keep the surrounding area clean and dry during use. If the machine falls into water please turn off the power supply and then unplug the machine. Do not directly reach into water to prevent electric shock. Keep out of reach of children and/or pets. Do NOT directly come in contact with metal warming plate to avoid burn or injury. To reduce the risk of burn, electric shock, fire or injury, Do not operate the equipment under the following conditions:
A. If the power cord or plug is damaged
B. If the machine is damaged or drops into water
C. When the Melting Pot leaves the warming plate, please cover using the included lid to prevent accidental scalding or spilling.
D. When not in use, make sure to turn off the machine and unplug power cord.

Heats up quickly
No complaints really. BUT, I noticed it wasn't heating very fast. Turns out, I had it sitting upside down and could've burnt the house down. Lol. User error. This is basically a silicone bowl sitting on a hot plate. The only really positive thing I have to mention is that the silicone cup works well for no stick. It's really easy to pop any old wax out of it for disposal and cleans up well. The cons definitely outweigh that, though. The material does...

Good idea, but needs much more work
This is basically a silicone bowl sitting on a hot plate. The only really positive thing I have to mention is that the silicone cup works well for no stick. It's really easy to pop any old wax out of it for disposal and cleans up well. The cons definitely outweigh that, though. The material does not conduct heat well, and it's only heated on the bottom, so the wax around the sides and even on top if you fill it up too high hardens quickly. The heating element also has only one temperature so it gets way too hot. To get the wax to be usable, I had to only use a small amount, less than I actually needed so I had to refill and melt more a short way through, and let it heat while stirring frequently. I then had to take it off the heat and let it cool for a bit before I used it, then put it back on when it inevitably got too cool. I have a wax melter by a different brand that uses a metal cup that you fill with wax, and the heated part surrounds it on all sides. There's a low, high, medium temperature switch, so you melt on high, switch to medium once it melts, and medium keeps it at a great temp for use. It'd be perfect if they could just make something like that with a silicone liner for the wax to go in.
