For best results, shave while or after showering. Using warm water, lather up shaving cream. Shave with the grain, following the growth direction of whiskers. For an even closer shave, repeat lathering process with Coco cloud and shave lightly against or across the grain.

Formula change?
I have been using this product for a couple of years now and it's been great, that is until my last purchase of it from a month or two ago. I am very inclined to believe they changed their formula. It used to be light and soft, but it is thicker and grittier and clogs my razor and leaves my shower greasy and gross. It still does the job, but it's super overstimulating for me as someone with sensory issues that it leaves my shower to feel sticky and not go away without having to absolutely scrub it. I'm disappointed that I have to find a new product now.
