Not as good as before!!!!
I have been a loyal nexxus consumer for years. I loved the maximum hold spray in the GOLD can. However, the finishing mist is not nearly as good. I want the old spray back. I don't care what color can it's in as long as you keep it exactly the same. PLEASE!!!!!

Don't buy it!
This is by far the worst smelling hair spray I have ever tried. It smells like a dead animal. I actually threw it in the trash it was so bad. Imagine walking around with hair spray on your head that smells like that.
New Formula smells AWFUL

This hairspray USED to be my favorite: it smelled great, kept my hair in place (while not being too heavy), and didn't cause any skin/scalp irritation. However, NOW, the new formula has a headache inducing smell, causes breakouts, and leaves my hair feeling very heavy! I hope they return to the old formula, because this new stuff is unusable.
Smells awful!
I have tried this twice now going to the store and swapping out the smelly ones i received ship to home. The last two i had to swap out are bad also. Taking two more cans back to the store this week. I will not buy this anymore. So frustrating.

The same dead fish smell as the others have mentioned! It's horrific!!! Idk what the heck they changed, but this is unusable!!
