I love this lipstick and ordered a few times. My last order contains a color that I always buy and it's completely different color. Customer service made some vague excuse that lipsticks are reformulated and etc. But label on my lipstick doesn't correspond to color at all. I don't think when you ref...

The color is nice, but the product takes forever to dry and dries unevenly, staying sticky in certain places but overly dry in others. It definitely does not last 8 hours either. It does work better with a gloss applied over it, that is the only way I have found to wear this lipstick.

The lipstick has a thick consistency, applies well, and is long-lasting, but the color does not match the picture; it is much darker.

. The texture feels very dry, and after a short time it started to crack and make my lips look uneven. The color looks beautiful in the packaging but doesn't match well once applied. For the price, I expected a smoother, more comfortable formula. Sadly, I wouldn't repurchase this one.
