Coat & Comb: Use the flat side of the wand to fully coat lashes from root to tip. Then flip the wand to the comb side and gently sweep through lashes.

The Mascara Melter!!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was skeptical when trying this. It's new in the market, and there is nothing like it. I applied my mascara like I normally do with the first picture. Then second picture shows the results after using the product to remove it. A good amount came off with just one swipe, as you can see from the cotton pad. The wand is easy to use and is light in weight. The packaging is makes it easy to carry around with you for whenever you might need it. I gave it four stars because a little got in my eye, but I believe that was user error.

Great product. Works as it says it does and easy to apply. I would recommend this product for purchase.
Not worth the Hype
I was so excited when I found out about this product because I have a hard time removing my Lancome mascara without a lot of of work. I applied the melter as directed, kept it on for a minute or two and wiped it off, but I still need to use a makeup remover and cleanser to get it all. It seems like a wasted, added step and purchase.
Gimmicky
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This worked okay at getting mascara off, and was gentle on sensitive skin. The shape of the bristles makes it easy to get to the base of the lash, however they are so short that not enough product gets on. It worked fine, no better than regular makeup remover or micellar water would. Having a wand makes it easy to apply but for the amount of product for the price it's not needed and wasteful
