READ THIS IF YOU HAVE SCALP ISSUES OR HYPOTHYROID DISEASE!

Ok, so my only gripe is NOT with the product bit with ULTA themselves! Their shipping methods are a complete JOKE! If you are able to purchase in store, DO IT! Ship as a LAST resort..TRUST ME. My original order arrived a WRECK! The tape over the shampoo cap was broken & the top was OPEN! So, shampoo... EVERYWHERE! (mind you I bought the entire line so I spent a good chunk of money!) The whipping cream was seeping around the lid & my leave in was all dented up not to mention all 6 items were FILTHY & had to be cleaned off, even found a dark hair under the leave in lid..So, ulta reships my shampoo, conditioner & leave in FREE of charge. Second shipment arrived FAST! Like within the week..AGAIN, I smell shampoo through the box..leaking AGAIN! this time I reached out to simply point out WHY this keeps happening & what they need to do to correct the issue..the women was very polite & thanked me for not demanding money or free products & just simply offering advice OF COURSE..lol. The issue is, they literally just throw all these products in a large box without bubble wrap or anything so they smash around against each other the entire trip..not professional at all..I wish miells sold this line on their site! Ok now, for the product review! I have suffered from DRY scalp my entire life, couple years ago I was diagnosed HYPOTHYROID & since then my scalp was HORRID! my hair looked dry & stringy..I stopped brushing it because it would just come out..it was coming out in the shower as well..even with adding in a biotin supplement. I have a BOX FULL of products from trying to find somthing that didn't cause my scalp to go insane! Everything that claimed "moisturizing" did not & made my scalp itch horribly or I'd have these red blotches that stang & looked like chemical burn (curlsmith definitely caused this) I had also decided to start allowing my hair to do its thing..leaving it down or up in a clip, air drying, embracing my crazy natural curly wavy strait hair! That didn't work either! Absolute 0 relief until I found this stuff on my BDAY last month! I saw that it said scalp/hair health & is infused with all the vitamins hair/scalp need..so I ordered the entire line (it was out of stock at my local ulta) i figured what do I have to lose!? I cannot express how happy I am that I stumbled across this new line when I did! This is the only products in 2yrs of searching & tons of money spent that has CORRECTED the problem! My hair is *Growing back in LONG & THICK *It is moisturized! * It is NOT itchy *It is SOFT! *I now go all week without washing my hair If I want * My scalp isn't raw & red * Hair fall cut WAY down! I'm only seeing normal shedding for someone with thick hair like mine *My hair is also LOW POROSITY & this shampoo is PERFECT for that! I've never seen a shampoo DETANGLE..& I mean like BUTTER! *This has also helped with my dry ichty flaky face after washing my hair. *No longer need more than 1 brand/product! I use this line & occasionally I use my jessicurl styling products or my kinky curly clarifying shampoo & leave in which I honestly have not felt the need to use. This line & using Crickets Anti static brushs/combs has proven to be the PERFECT combo for me..I am beyond happy I found this new line. If you have low porosity hair curly or strait or both like me and have scalp issues or HYPOTHYROID give this product line a try! I guarantee you will fall in love! Good luck ya'll!
