I tried the Ulta Magic Marker Lip Stain in Perfectly Pink, and while it definitely stays put (almost too well— it's a bit tough to remove), it wasn't my favorite. The color is a much brighter pink than I expected, which didn't really suit me. Application wasn't super smooth-it can go on a bit patchy...

I love that this is buildable and the more you build the longer it stays. I do put a bit of a moisture balm over it as well.

I absolutely love this. I've gotten it in the red, purple, and berry colors and I adore all of them. Every single one is super lightweight and very pigmented and goes on easily. It's a little weird to feel like I'm just rubbing magic marker on my lips but I honestly don't even care because I adore the color and it just looks so good and hangs around for a good while. I absolutely love lipstains and this is a new favorite. My one wish is for more shades! Please Ulta, never discontinue this, I think this is one of my favorites in a longtime, maybe since Urban Decays Vice lip chemistry!
Could be great
I love this stain and buy it over and over but the applicator could be better and the color range needs to be extended. I like to use it as a lip liner and woukd love to have this in a dark brown. It lasts much longer than more expensive stains I've purchased.
