There's really nothing special about it. I've tried so many glitter lipglosses and this one is one of the not so great ones. Save your money, this doesn't last and feels weird on the the lips.
Absolutely obsessed
This is the best lip topper ever. The Y2K Cherub is magnificent over a dark plum matte lippie and just makes your lips pop without being sticky or stringy. The shine is perfect. I will rebuy this again and again.
