I used the Kenra Platinum Luxe Shine Mask as directed after also using their clarifying shampoo. The instructions said to leave it in for 5-15 minutes, and because I have pretty dry, coarse hair, I decided to leave it on for the full 15 minutes. My hair feels so dry after I use this mask, the regular kendra conditioner does a much better job. I also wish it wasnt gold, im sure its not adding yellow to my hair but I feel like it dose.

Not Impressed
Let me preface this by saying I love Kenra and I will stand behind their products, but not this one. The smell isn't bad nor strong, but it's not pleasant and I could overlook it if the mask was mind blowingly effective, but it's not. It's just alright. The second issue I had with this product is the shimmer powder. If you want to be a sparkly, golden fairy queen (as you should ♥️) then this is the product for you. I used it once and it covered my shower and the bottoms of my feet. I did like the golden sparkles left on my shoulders, but my husband was not a fan. If it didnt cover every surface in my shower I would've liked it, but alas I will be cleaning my shower sooner than desired. It will get the job done, but there are better products out there that smell better and wont leave golden, shimmery dust all over your shower sending your male companions screeching in retreat (I digress this may be a pro in some situations, use wisely). Love ya Kenra, but it's a nah for me.

I already left a review but I wanted to address tge comments from folks that experienced a lot of glitter. I was actually HOPING for some if that and got NO glitter. Maybe Kenra fixed the issue basedon reviews and i got the "fixed" version!
The best mask
I love the way that this makes my hair smell so nice and shine. It seems to really nourish my hair too!
