Not Universally Flattering
I love this highlighter however I have medium to deep skin tone and I don't see this working for anyone darker than me. I'm around 385 in the Fenty Foundation and it casts on me if i add more than 1 layer

Iconic Lit&Luminous Highlight Powder
I am 60 plus and do have different highlights in several colors. I have dark hair and fair skin. Highlights make you look awake and applied correctly give you a natural glow. This was a new company for me and this highlighter is neutral and keeps it promise! I add a little highlighter above the eyebrows, some on the nose, most important above my cheekbones. I also use it at the inner side of my eyes, using a small brush or a Qtip,then if i go out, i add little on the outside of my face! When you look at your makeup and use the right light, seeing some areas needing a glow, go ahead and add little. Its a beautiful natural highlighter and yes a little goes well. I dont want to look like a lightbulb! Sinse this highlighter has a mirror and its not too big, it fits in my makeup bag/purse. As of now no need for a touch up, this item lasts pretty long.
