Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

I was skeptical about this product at first but after trying it i absolutely love it! This primer is so easy to apply and makes my sling feel so soft and smooth. It is definitely a life saver especially for someone that struggles with having dry skin.

I received this primer at no cost in exchange for an honest review. I used the primer for over a week before reviewing to thoroughly test it and see how it performed. It did make my makeup go on smoothly and last for a full day at work... but there wasn't anything about the primer that made it stand out above other primers I have used. I have some reddish areas on my skin but I'm not sure this covered them or just the makeup that I use. I didn't dislike anything about the primer, so if someone needs to replenish or try a primer for the first time, this could be a great choice- I just don't find the need to replace my other primer with this one.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This product definitely corrects redness. If used under foundation it helps it to stay longer. My only issue was when I applied foundation over it, on my nose it was pretty patchy. Im not sure why but I tested it with liquid and powder foundation. I started not covering my nose with the product and everything looked great. The texture feels amazing on my skin.
