These broad-spectrum multivitamins contain the trademarked ingredient Lustriva® which is clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair, improve wrinkles and fine lines, and support healthy skin in female populations. While the research on Lustriva® was conducted solely in female populations, these products may be used by men. However, there are a variety of reasons that a person's hair may start to thin, and for men, the most common reason is related to androgenic alopecia (otherwise known as “male pattern baldness”). I wouldn't recommend this product as it led to dry mouth and lips:/ Everything else was fine, easy to use but this is a negative price point..

The only reason I answered yes, I would recommend is because just because this product did not work for me does not mean it won't work for someone else. I did not give it 5 stars, but I also could not give it 1 star. I do not have bad skin. In fact, I look much younger than my age—I am 38. Over the past month, I have noticed that my skin looks extremely clear. However, I cannot say for sure if this product is the reason, or if it is simply the face cream I am currently using. As for hair growth, I have seen no improvement at all. I do not have issues with hair growing in general; my issue is bald spots, which is a big difference. That was the main reason I tried this product. I am now on my third bottle and have seen no change—no new growth and no improvement in the bald spots. Because of this, I will not be purchasing it again. For me personally, it was a waste of money. Again, this is only my experience, and it may work differently for others.
Worth the Hype!!
This has helped my hair grow sm faster after years of bleach damage- Ive gotten so many good comments noticing. Personally: It has a perfect balance of B vitamins so that you dont pee neon or get breakouts which has happened to me with weird ratios of different B vitamins before. It also helps my immune system SO much and im rarely ever sick since starting this almost a year ago! And the taste isn't terrible
