Gently pull outer corner of lid to create a smooth lid surface. Line lid close to base of lashes. For a fine line, apply with the tip using a light hand - for a bolder line, hold applicator at a slight angle.

Does this eyeliner have oil? i.e. can it be used with lash extensions?

This is my daily winged liner. It stays on the full day (including during high intensity workout classes) in humid weather. The tip is tapered, feels like a brush, and very easy to work with. I prefer this tip over a pencil or marker-style tip.
