Dab liquid blush onto cheeks. Then, using the slight angle of the brush, blend into skin with stippling circular motions.

The e.l.f. Liquid Blush Brush works well with cream and liquid products. It blends the blush smoothly without streaks and feels soft on the skin.
The newer ones have decreased quality
The quality has gone down. I bought this brush last year and I bought it again this month. Last year's brush was significantly thicker compared to this one. I have seen several elf brushes go down and quality. It's such a disappointment because the price is higher now. I highly recommend avoiding on principal. How do they increase the price but decrease the quality?

This brush surpassed my expectations- especially for the price point!! The bristles are soft and the angle is perfect for applying blush (liquid and powder!!) The handle has a nice quality feel to it & a good grip. I highly recommend it!!
