I picked up the Ulta Beauty Lip Quench Banana Hydrating Balm on a whim, and I'm genuinely impressed — especially at this price point. The texture is thick and cushiony in the best way, but not sticky at all. It glides on smoothly, keeps my lips soft for hours, and doesn't have me constantly reaching to reapply throughout the day. And the scent? It instantly reminded me of those banana Now & Later candies from back in the day — sweet and nostalgic without being overpowering. Like this lip balm and would often apply it at night. But using it during the day seemed less practical, as I would have to constantly reapply this product, as it would begin to dry up and leave residue on my lips that I will have to wipe before reapplying.
