Gorgeous Color and Great Payoff
The Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk Medium is a wonderful lip liner. Starting off, the color is gorgeous - I found it to be really flattering on me! It's a beautiful warm berry-pink that seems like it would be flattering on most skin tones. As far as the application goes, I felt like it semi-tugged on my lips, so I wish that it could've gone on more buttery smooth, but the color payoff made up for it because I didn't have to continuously line the same area due to the pigmentation. I tested it by itself and with lip gloss over top, and found that it lasted well! By itself, it didn't smudge or transfer off; however, with lip gloss, it smudged and transferred off a little bit. Overall, the lip liner is great and I would repurchase it again in the future. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
