I struggle with chapped lips, especially during the winter. So I've never been a lipstick girl. And I HATE how sticky lipgloss can be. So I've always been a chapstick girl. I'll occasionally use lipliner with chapstick. But this lipstick is a GAME CHANGER. I wore it for Christmas family pictures. And a day out in Nashville. I totally forgot it was there. And the most amazing thing. I have a habit of biting my lip or rubbing my lips together excessively. Which will always wear other lipstick off very quickly. This lipstick STAINS! So it amazingly still keeps color on my lips as I unconsciously fidget with them. Love this stuff. And it doesn't dry your lips out. I always feel the need to apply chapstick when using normal lipstick. I didn't feel the need to moisturize my lips one time while wearing this. One photo is from Nashville, the other is no makeup, just RMS legendary lipstick and nothing else. I also didn't feel the need to apply powder to make it last longer.
These are the best
Im a lipstick lover through and through but unfortunately for me I have sensitive lips too. I own more lipsticks than I'd like to admit - both low and high end formulas. This formula is THE BEST. It checks all the boxes - reasonably long wearing, leaves a subtle stain, great colors, satin blur finish, comfortable hydration, and doesnt irritate my lips. Unlike other lipsticks I dont feel like I need balm on before or while I wear these because it has such a unique feeling where its wet when you apply but then it sets down in a moisturizing grip kind of way. Its hard to explain but all to say these are truly unique. Eve is my most used color for everyday which I almost finished so I repurchased that color and also ordered audrey and ruby moon. If I could only pick 1 lipstick formula it would be this one!
