To load and lift, place the inside curve of the halo brush at the base of your lashes and wiggle side to side to load lashes and instantly add volume.
To curl and sculpt, sweep upward with the outside curve to wrap every lash.
Layer as desired, focus on the outer corners for extra lift.

absolutely never again
I have used the plain Idole mascara for years and it's my favorite of all time. I was curious about this one. It's a nope from me. First off, my eyelashes are long and straight. A curler and regular Idole gives my lashes lift all day. It doesn't do the one thing they say it will, which is curl. Even when I use a curler, it just doesn't do the job. In fact, it's so heavy it weighs my lashes down and they look goopy-like I've just learned to put on mascara. The formula is off putting. It's quite difficult to remove, even with a waterproof remover (and it's not waterproof to my knowledge). What i love about my regular mascara is the lightweight, easy to remove formula that gives my lashes lift and definition all day. This is not that.
Best mascara I've tried in awhile!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this mascara! It was easy to apply, I liked how easily I could get into the corners of my eyes with the definition of the brush and there was really good color payoff and layer-ability. I'm really happy with the volume I achieved without looking clumpy. I didn't notice any flaking after use which is a problem I sometimes have with even higher end mascaras. I can be picky about mascara and I will definitely keep using this one and would purchase after using this courtesy one I received!

I love most all of Lancome's mascara, but this was goopy, flakey and just overall not good.
