As someone who has gradually incorporated retinol into my skincare routine, I was excited to try this ampoule. First, I have to mention how much I love the packaging. The bottle is delicate, simple, and beautifully designed while still feeling elevated. The dropper top makes application easy and all...

Just Meh
I was really excited to try the Lab in Nature Centella Retinol serum, but unfortunately it was a letdown in several ways. First, the packaging is a major design flaw. Retinol is sensitive to light, so it should be packaged in a dark or opaque bottle to help preserve its stability and effectiveness. ...

I'll begin by noting that my skin can be somewhat sensitive, but not overly. When I apply this to bare skin I actually feel a quick tingle, but not in a painful way, more of an "oooh there is actually some kind of active ingredient in this formula" way. Overall I can not say I've seen any difference in my skin tone or texture, but due to sensitivity issues, I've only been using this a couple times a week. My only qualm with this product really comes down to the package - it should be in a dark bottle to keep out the light and the dropper could work a bit better. All in all, I will keep using this product and update my review if I start to see a change.
It's great for millennial skin!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I've been using this product for two weeks now, and I'm really happy with the results. The texture is smooth, easy to spread, and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. I felt a mild tingling sensation upon application, but it was very manageable. After two weeks of consistent use, my skin feels noticeably smoother, and my dark spots have visibly faded. Definitely worth a try!

Would buy again

I actually really liked this. It wasn't harsh like some other retinols and I could see a difference with consistent use. My one big issue is the container. It is somewhat difficult to get out with the dropper and I had to kind of smack it against the counter a few times. Otherwise, I liked the consistency of the serum.
